As you know, the college requires me to take attendance two times each week for the class. As this is an asynchronous class that requires a bit of independent work, I have found that it works best for me to take attendance each Monday morning for the prior week's work.
Each week, check the syllabus about the upcoming project, look at examples both in past blogs linked from the top of the syllabus and through the videos I have posted on YouTube. Post your best 6-10 pieces edited down from several times that number.
Each Monday morning then, I will submit two attendance records. As you may know, if you accumulate 4 absences (two weeks), the college will administratively withdraw you from class... :-(
If you have already posted your intro, have your software and everything is working well, I invite you to shoot ahead and get started on the first project... you can post work ahead of the week and as the class progresses, you can post new work from prior weeks.
